Kodak-QVC On Air Guest Expert
I was the “Face of Kodak” for seven years on QVC TV (A Home Shopping TV Network). My job included entertaining and educating the at home and sometimes live audience in the studio. We operated under a “Features=Advantages=Benefits format, explaining a product’s feature, explaining it into a benefit for the customer, and ultimately an advantage they could not live without. It was a want vs needs format psychologically based-everyone needs things at times; our job was to make people want it and ultimately buy because they desired it. I was on live TV 24/7 for 8-15 minues an airing, sometimes as often as 12 times per day.
